Information

Welcome to the BareBones

Box Lacrosse is a great game that teaches our children many valuable lessons. Join BareBones and watch your child foster these values. Give them the opportunity to learn the skills they need to be a better player and have more fun playing the game.

We promote understanding of the game, basic skills that will help players at any level, and a commitment to teaching conditioning exercises that will make a difference to your child's fitness.

Our instruction will give the players an improved understanding of the game. Add this to a focus on conditioning, love of the game, fun and friendship and you have the perfect place for your child to grow-as a lacrosse player and as a person.
